Unhappy A/C Problems 2002 X5 3.0i

Hi all! First post for me. I'm having problems with my A/C unit. Dirver side gets cold but pax side and rear not. Can somebody help me to pinpoint the problem?

Our X5 had the same problem, and our fix was a freon recharge.
