ipod inteface

dealer installed ipod interface last week, and working prety good, , playlist works very fast but artists and song browsing a bit slow, over all i m happy to get it done ..

1 When you restart the car, does the music start from where you left it
2 Is there a long delay after connecting the ipod before its accessible

Hello guys,

I posted this on another thread too, can anyone tell me why i cannot get songs playing under playlist? when i press and enter in playlist it says " no entries found" but this is weared because the only way i play songs on my ipod is though playlists... i have tried both my 4gb and 160gb ipods , any idea...

p.s. a great pro about the usb adapter is that it works with usb sticks too! so i am thinking of getting a 16gb usb now...

do you have an ipod interface kit or factory installed 6FL USB..?? i have got ipod interface kit dealer installed 8gb nano+30gb classic+16gb ipod touch and they all works well.it might be ipod sotware issue...??

Hi,

you are right. i have 6FL USB installed as i checked from the order.... but could that be the reason i cannot find any files in playlist... only my usb stick works perfect. and both my ipods are uptodate!

Installed today. Excellent. Everything that i was looking for. Only a shame that BMW can't put the artwork/videos on the screen. As speedy as the CD changer. Doesn't charge my ipod 3g.

I have the Smart Playlist entries listed ok for my ipod ?
