I'm in procedure of buying a 2007 x5 3.0 and dealer sent me copy of service book and it looks like this:

Claim Number #745000 8/15/2007 6166 miles Reversing Camera Malfunction
Claim Number #745010 8/15/2007 6166 miles Transfer Box unable to move
Claim Number #745018 8/15/2007 6166 miles Core Credits-Automatic VIA IWS-Mt Olive PDC Valid for Repair Dates from 12/18/1997
Claim Number #756500 8/25/2007 6407 miles Transfer Box unable to move
Claim Number #797430 5/14/2008 13590 miles Microfilter Replacement, 1st Eng. Oil Service-Full Maintenance, Standard Operation MP



Should I be worried about that transfer box and other problems and has anyone had same problems? Please hurry, I'm very close to buying. Thanks

Not yet. If you have another transfer case issue, it'll qualify.

I wouldn't go near that car. there are plenty CPO's out there, you might want to consider a different one.
