1) With a 3.0, is it possible to upgrade to 20s (214)? I do plan on the sport pack of course.

2) Is it even possible to order leather seats separate without the premium package as alluded to above?

1) No, not from the factory.

On the automatic tailgate, which portion exactly is automatic? The whole door, or just the window? And is it gonna be automatic by the press of a button on the controller, or automatic where you touch the handle and opens the rest of the way by itself?

The top. I believe it opens via either a button on the console, or the transmitter/key, and should also open fully automatically.

It is also a no-cost option on the 3.0 with Premium Package.
