So.. now I'm convinced that "Soft-close doors"option is not available in the US....

Okay Greg, so lemme clear this up. They are available, but they don't come automatically with the sport package? If that's the case, are the multi contour seats included with the active ventilated seat package?

they offer soft close doors in the european version but not USA?? That is just stupid. BMW is really managed by a bunch of idiots.... fortunately their cars are built by fairly good engineers.

I ordered my 2008 4.8 last week with Premium, Technology, Sport and Active Ventilated seat package. Assuming I don't change the configuration, I should be able to lower the price with the dealer since the premium package dropped in price, correct sir?
