If I get the JL, then I have to buy a seperate mono amp, then I have to pay for install on both - add it all up and you're looking at triple the amount of going with the Basslink... hard to justify - I've heard the basslink and i think it's enough to round out the sound at a reasonable price for me...

Yeah, it just takes up room in the back... And with the information available on this site and from BSW, the JL setup with the mono amp could easily be a DIY mod. But it is largely dependant on what you want from your sound. I personally would like the precise thump from the JL 10 since I listen to metal. Most people are more than happy with the BSW sub. But is the space is not an issue, the basslink is a excellent sounding setup. Like I said, I have always been a fan of infinity!
