no you don't need longer lugs with the rings, they don't mount between the wheel face and hub so the lugs length is just fine.

A hub centric ring was NOT required with my style 168 replicas. When I asked him the question, he looked in book and confirmed that they were not needed. So some wheels require it, but the 168 replicas do not. Eurotech will be able to confirm whether they are needed for any other styles that you may want.

I also recently bought aftermarket wheels. The hub centric ring was not required,in fact it was removed for a better fit.
