X5 2006 4.4 <20K miles.....Magic Number?

Seasoned X5 owners, at what price would you pull the trigger given the current market??? Please give me realistic numbers everything from Ebay to Cars.com to craigslist all points to mid 30s.........the only time I see something sub $30k is when the car is Olivine Green!.....I have no problem being patient....but most of these dealers have the attitude that people are walking in and buying on impulse.......b/c BMW is BMW..........Help!!!

I guess you already know this is SUV buyers market. I bought a CPO 05, 3.0 with 48k miles for 29,750 recently and i guess i overpaid a bit. When i bought the car i wasnt aware of this webportal. I guess 4.4 is priced slightly higher than 3.0. My dealer also showed this "its a BMW afterall" attitude and i guess since this was my first BMW i gave in.

Only time i have seen people getting a steal is when they have bought out of state or cars listed from some websites..... may be i am wrong but negotiate hard and dont go by edmunds pricing in this market. Good luck.
