I need Advice on Purchase?

I'm looking at a 04' X5 w/ 43k. In mint condition w/ the surround sunroof. The price is $24k, seems high? Any suggestions with the amount it's worth? thank you.

I just found an '04 4.8is with 28k miles for $31k, and will probably pull the trigger on it. Seems like too good a deal to be true, but this is definitely the time to buy an SUV!

I just picked up a fully loaded (aka EVERY OPTION) 2005 X5 4.4 with 35k miles. One-owner lease return with CPO warranty to 100,000 for $26,500.
