Need help from BMW electronic expert

Zulu95 are you out there? I know you're the one with the electronics info on BMWs :-D LOL

Ok i think i've said this a few times here and there. I'm officially looking for help now after an 8hr trip to and from Toronto Canada.

The radio turns off every 20 minutes, like clockwork. Almost a yr ago I had a battery drain and the mechanic (if you can call him that) started pulling wires when trying to find the drain (or fuses...).

So now the radio buttons telephone and date/time set isn't working. So my date time isn't working and telephone (even though i don't have a telephone). It was working before i would at least get "phone connected?" - help!!!

Any idea where the date and time source is? Is it the cluster? the phone i'm assuming is in the same place.. is it a fuse I need to replace? I'm a few days away of replacing EVERY FUSE!!!
