Xenon Headlights Help

I have a 2004 facelift model with Xenons - right hand drive. Is there a switch or lever to adjust the beam to left hand drive? I am going to France on Saturday and I am stuck!! Any help greatly appreciated.

On the older model RHD headlight I have there is a lever under a rubber bung on top of the light that moves a small shutter into the light path to remover the "kerb illuminator" section of the light beam.
