what would be a reasonable labor price for changing thermo, belts, and water pump?

and do you recommand any mechanics around nj/ny area?

Not sure on the time it would take but figure the average BMW mechanic (dealer wise) charges about $115-$125/hr.

by standard, its 3 hrs, maxed 4, depends on how much is the labor rate (example $75/hr x 3) + parts.
