If I remember correctly, there is an adjustment screw on the top of the fog light housing.

do the light alignment first. one is probably on a higher degree than the other

Don't take out the housing. leave it screwed in and there should be a screw on the bottom that u turn with a screwdriver just like the headlights. did you make sure the foglights where snapped in on top? There is a clip on top that must be pushed on as well as the 2 screws.

The screw is between the two screws that hold the foglight on. at night u have to adjust the lights.
