I will second this vote. Have had my Latitude Tour HP's and have run them +6000 miles.

You don't have to get cocky about it

Did not meant to be cocky or anything...my appoligies if I came across as such. Just simply stating the facts, that's all. I just don't understand why people would buy summer tires, and then turn around to state that those summer tires performed horrific in even light snow.

The Pirrelli does perform very well, but I'm not liking the threadwear on them. I'll be ecstatic if I can get to 25K on my current set. If the Michelin Lattitude is performing as well as everyone have indicated with longer wear, I might just give them a try in a few months.

Are the Michelins M+S rated?

Exactly, IMO either people are misinformed, or are cheap.

I don't know, but that is an excellent question. Those who have the Michelin Lattitudes, could you please take a look at the side of your tires and tell us whether there's an M+S marking? Thanks.

I can't seem to find that information (M+S) on anyone's website, Michelin's included.

I have close to 40,000 miles on my Mich MXV4 and they still are great.

Its the OEM tire the one BMW picked and design the suppression for.

I got my first set of Pirelli Scorpion Ice and Snow winter tires last season. They is an amazing difference between these and my 'all season' tires. Even though we hardly get any snow, even when cold (near freezing) the winter tires shine.

I have heard that 'all season' are more appropriately called 'three season'.
Get a proper set of winter tires and a second set of rims (stock ones on craigslist.com are cheap!).

Sorry a little late ... Latitude Tour HP have M+S markings on the sidewall.
