Krunk & we350z:

I did sell my old exhaust to a member of X5World for $200.00 plus shipping and handling. I will definitely take some pics of the undercarage next weekend along with some video. The B&B Exhaust I bought from BavAuto I believe the whole system was $1,300.00 (much cheaper than all other competitors). I think an X pipe may tone them down a little over the straight pipes which is what I have now.

Cool was it stock exhuast you sold? Was it 1300 including shipping? FYI the x-pipe that came with my B&B system for my Z has resonators on it... so I am thinking it will still be loud possibly even louder?

How loud is it? My Z has test pipes on it and the 6 cylinder is enough to set off car alarms.

I also had 2 300zx's (90 & 91 TT) one w/ a HKs and the other a Stillen and they will never be as loud as a NA car due to the turbo's muffling the sound. Resonators should help tone/smooth the sound but it will still be loud. Just try to get the longest one you can possible fit.

I believe the B&B is an all stainless system. The exhaust is very loud, I think what I am going to do is remove the straight pipes and replace them with an X pipe, I asked the guys at VAC Motorsports in Philly to order one for me. We350 I park in an indoor lot in Philly for work and yes I have set off a few car alarms as well. I had an E30 M3 w/ B&B Triflow exhaust and the one on my X seems twice as loud. It does sound pretty mean, I can't wait until next weekend when I shoot the video.
