door won't open

Im not sure if this specific problem addressed yet, but my rear passenger door will not open from the inside. No problems from the outside. There has been no accidents etc. I'm replacing the window regulator now and figure I tackle the problem at the same time. Any thoughts? Thanks.

If its not child lock,then inner door handle is demaged. you have to remove door panel to see.
