Hitch mounted bike rack experiences?

Hi folks,
I am in the market for a hitch mounted bike rack. I am especially interested in the swing arm variety like that which BMW sells for the X3.

Anyone have any thoughts or experiences with this system before I make the plunge. It is made by Thule and the price seems comparable to other swing arm hitch mounts out there.
