bmw X3 .. good deal?

2006 X3 for $28,600 ... good deal? ~20,000 miles

Well, it has prem pack, sport pack & cold weather pack.
It is white with gray Montana Leather.

I figured it's a good deal especially considering they have this 3.9% financing deal where they pay the 1st two payments for you.

What do you guys think?

I'd appreciate input.
Thanks
