Professional sat nav comes with a colour map and display that pops out of the centre console. Business sat nav (I guess this may be the "high" version) only displays arrows in the audio headunit. No map or large screen.

Are you sure because our old disc is a high version and gives a colour map on the motorised screen that pops out of the top of the dash

In either case this is your best resource for maps.

UK Dealers had an offer on for a 'trade-in'; give them your old nav dvd and they will sell you a new one for £99 - which is mucho cheaper than the £230 standard price. But they WILL take your old DVD and it can't be a copy

The DVD you need is HIGH. Professional is for the later i-drive vehicles, and Business is for the small orange-screen Nav built into the radio.

HTH.

Oh, and in the UK, we can't get DVD map updates from Navteq directly ... only from the dealer and ebay (and YES, you can buy real original DVD's from ebay before anyone )
