iPhone 3g with X3 March 2005?

Could someone, kindly, tell me if this combination works well over BMW's Bluetooth with BMW's navigator and display? Does the X3 see the phone book, SMSs and does the caller ID work fine?

Thank you very much and my apologies in case this question was asked before on the forum...

I just finished installing a BMW Bluetooth kit (version 13 from EAS). I got my 3G Iphone last week. They work perfectly together! Full transfer of contacts and everything is fine.
