Need some help with adjusting Handbreak

Hi, can anyone point me to instructions on adjusting hand breaks on the X5 E53.? or steps to follow?

The hand break just does not work. I have a feeling the dude who replaced the rear breaks messed the hand break up. how difficult a job is it?. My old E36 was a right pain trying to adjust via the tiny whole in the disc

cheers

Ok, I found the instructions.

Problem is since an (my 1st) automatic car, how do you spin the wheels !

does both rear wheels have to be off the ground to spin it?
