Front Suspension Noise

Guys,
i think i have to share this. well anyway, lately i hear a little clang noise on the front right side under the front suspension everytime i drove the vehicle in motion.

first, i was thinking it was a brake caliper problem. inspect the brake, everything ok. but still the clang noise is there whenever i initially put the vehicle in motion. i even brought the x (02/4.4i) to the dealer to be diagnose but to no avail, they could not find where the noise was coming from.

so this clang noise was really bothering me.

to make the story short, one weekend i thoroughly inspect all linkages on the right front suspension. jacked up the right front and support it and then wiggle the wheel. found out that the right ride height sensor bracket was loosed and every time i wiggle the wheel i hear a clang. item 9 & 10 on the link drawing. since i had this fix, clang noise was gone.
hope this will help some of you guys who experiencing some noise problem.
