2001 X5 sport package wheels/tires

Currently have staggered set up...can I put the same size tires on all four
rims? Currently have 285/45/19 rear and 255/50/19 front. Would like to put 275/45/19 on all 4 corners. Tire diameter is almost exactly the same, can I do it without changing the rims? Advice?

Thanks
Mike

While we don't list that size as a guaranteed fit, the tire has the correct rim width range for both wheels and can carry enough load to be safe. Perhaps someone has used this setup before ?
