Style 130 rims and winter tires options?

What tires would you put on the stock style 130 rims if you were only going to use them strictly for winter driving. I have my 20" style 87's for the spring, summer and fall and the stock tires on the style 130's that came with the X are pretty bad in the snow. We had close to 35 inches of snow in December and I had very little traction with the tires currently on it. I want the most aggressive snow tire possible without totally killing the ride.

Suggestions???

Thanks.
