What to do: RF or Non-RF?
For the smoothest ride, what tires (brand/style preferably) do you recommend getting for a 2007 X5? I'm going to put 20" OEM Y-spoke wheels, but don't want to compromise the ride too much... I have the sport package but some say this makes it even a rougher drive. Thanks!

The 'rougher ride" will be a combination of a shorter sidewall (19's or 20's vs. 18") and a more aggressive suspension. All the 20" diameter tires will have a high speed raing and aggressive tread pattern, so noise and comfort will be affected. Everything is relative, depending on your baseline for comparison. 20''s on an X5 sport will probably feel like 18's or 19's on an M3, but firmer and less comfortable than a stock 3 or 5 series. Hope that helps a little.
