Hurting people's feelings (In Colorado) is now a criminal offense.

I see no issue with it, I think the conservative Christians should shut up for once in their lives vs. causing issues by pushing their viewpoints on everyone. I'm sick of certain people acting like their beliefs rule supreme. I say Screw them. So good for Colorado, this sounds like a step in the right direction! That is lovely that they also think their above the law, what a fantastic bunch!

Like my bio line says, I'm for equality, I don't ask for it, I demand it, I'm no second class citizen and I'm sick of CERTAIN people/belief organizations thinking I am.

I miss Governor Lamm...

Holy Moly.....

Someone correct me if I am wrong but all 'Hate Laws' are in themselves discriminatory. In the same way affirmative action is. All people are covered under the laws. This law is flawed and needs to be overturned.

{Freedom of speech and ideas is one of the basic tenets of our Constitution. The most appropriate comparison here is (love him or hate him-YOUR choice) Larry Flynt. His landmark victory rates as one of the most foundational. Unfortunatley, he was quoted as saying he would never spend that money again for the same result. It cost him too much money and there was no appreciation or real understanding by the general public for the major ruling he was able to achieve. Without him, this type of action is almost impossible to fight.}

Let's not lose sight of the basics. We cannot legislate or restrict a person's preferences. We cannot legislate the ability to speak one's mind and offer opinions. Whether it is for or against an issue should not matter. It should be transparent as to whether it is regarding race, sex, age etc...

Sorry Boi. Your battle is monumental. I respect your rights.
