Oh well. Don't get off untill 4:30. I guess I'll have to save a vacation day for next year.

You could make it down to the event at Towson by 5:00.

Then you could also participate in the transport to Tischer! (That's better than the actual event, IMO). A lot of the BMWCCA members just show up to do the transport. The caravan on 695 and 95 is a lot of fun. Dinner is provided, you'll receive an event volunteer shirt, and they will bring you back to Towson.

What does the transport consist of? Just taking the cars to the next dealership for the next day? I take it the minimum age is 21?

I wouldn't do it in MD anyway (not like we live there), but what is up with the US and "21 and older" rules? So predictable. In Germany, I can rent a Bimmer and have even more fun . Oh yes right......our US insurance liability rules.

Yes i did. I had found this on BMW's site back in june i think and it looked awesome. Some one may need to give me a ride though in the 6er and the 7 since you have to be 25 lol. Gotta check with the fiance see if she wants to come. She can ride along right even though she isn't 21? And how can i sign up for the transport?

Yeah...some people pile-in their entire family.

Pseto will be passing along info a bit closer to the event about the transport. It's organized by the local bmwcca chapters.

the transport registration isnt up yet on the NCC website since I havent gotten the schedule yet from SGK. i'm being told the transport is gonna be a little different this year, but not sure what the changes are.

regardless, the transports are pretty fun and I usually take the day off for the UD anyways since i can drive every car all day long
