Damn! That is some serious recycling. Someone had lots of time on their hands.

I once worked with a guy we nicknamed "Blockhead" owing to the shape of his oddly square cranium. He rode a motorcycle and kept his helmet in our storage room. One day I stole his helmet and replaced it with a cardboard box with a cut out visor area covered with a clear plastic sheet, attached a masking tape chin strap, and used markers for graphics. He was mad but a little amused. I peed my pants at how funny I am.
