Musta been a rainy month back there on the ol'Sod and the
gov't had some extra tax dough laying around, to do that
"study"...

Of the females I've known, of which there have been several
over the years, the last one that seemed impressed or affected
by the sound/feel/look of any of my plethora of cars&m'cycles
over the years, was a flame back in the High: circa 1965, and
she was 18.

And, I thought our brillant bureacracies & congress here in the
Colonies had cornered the mkt on expensive and idiotic "studies".

Hard to make that stuff up...
