My thought would have been Cali or NY.

Interesting. I thought it would be CT. CT has three of the top five in terms of earnings.

I live in the top-earning town in the USA. Not a fact that I'm particularly happy about. It's tough to keep up with Jones' and I wish I didn't have to hear my kids but "their friends have this and their friend's have that". We do have good public schools though so I guess there's a plus there.

Anyone else notice Puerto Rico?
As far as MD, I spent a few years in Potomac, and I am not surprised. Well educated populace and well run state (though a little too 'stormtrooper' for me). Massive bedroom community for DC.

Not terribly important to me.........I really didn't like MD, even if it was fairly rich. Of course, MoCo and Howard County kind of bias the scale a bit.
