Heard it on the Brian Wilson show today. Rumor has it that the Rep party is sitting on this info waiting for him to be named the nominee..then slam. And the Dems have to run a new candidate (Hillary??).

Funny part is birth records are suppose to be public domain...Obama's are sealed

Apparently 3 experts checked out the supposed HI BC and the BC was fake, actually rumor was it is his sisters marriage cert with the names changed. Interesting fact is that Obama had an Indonesian passport to travel to Pakistan when the US State Dept did not allow US citizens to travel there. In school he was listed as Indonesian with religion as Islam and country of citizenship as Indonesia.

If thats true, I might have a worthwhile vote after all, since ME is and will always be a total Liberal state.

The dems will certainly pursue McCain's elgibility again if anything comes of this. Would be great if both candidates were ruled inelgible!

At least Berg covered all bases like a good attorney should.

If you were born in the United States, you do not lose your citizenship unless you renounce it. If he was born in Hawaii, then he is still a "natural-born citizen." Then number three is of no consequence.
