Soooo..........what I've think we've established here, is that while BMW makes better driving vehicles, Lexus has better customer service.

Our BMW dealers have the usual array of coffee machines.

At the dealer I work for, there is the standard cheap industrial coffee maker, we offer "Peake BMW" labeled bottled water, all blue "Peake BMW" labeled M&M's in little baggies that look like they're made for potpourri... and we have coke machine and snack machine in the customers lounge. Other than that, there's a Buds Broiler right next door for anyone who wants congestive heart failure...

BMW Korea Deutsche Motors Rocks!!

The VIP Lounge has Massage Chairs (the ones that do legs, feet, and, my personal fav, hands), choice of "real" coffee or fruit juices.

The normal Lounge has just bench seating and instant coffee machines.

I wonder what you gotta do different to get into the "VIP lounge"? Buy an Alpina B7?

Just the usual at my dealer.

66,000 square foot facility
Business lounge with wireless
TV/Movie lounge
Lifestyle boutique, with clothing, etc
///M Cafe

The ///M Cafe is open 11-3, serves homemade paninis, salads, soup, sandwich, baked goods, and a range of special coffees.

Convenient if you want to wait instead of getting a loaner or getting them to pick up and drop off your vehicle to home or office.

Given enough time I am certain that she should be able to breast feed her child while the baby is on her back kind of National Geographic style. I don't know your thang but that ain't my thang.

IMO Considering what they charge for loaded X5, 120Kish in US$, you deserve real massage with some dramatic ending...
