Lock em up... Throw away the key...

So I have to show up for court next week. I have been subpoenaed.

Turns out they caught the A-Hole who went mailbox diving and stole my identity. He was on parole and when his parole officer went to check on him, they evidently found numerous credit cards and identifications that did not belong to him.

Since I had filled out a police report, they contacted me. And now I get to go testify against the A-Hole.

This guy has cost me no less than 60hrs. of my time trying to clear my credit, change bank accounts, put on security blocks, etc.

So you bet your sweet ass I'm going to testify against him.

But here's the catch, I have been subpoenaed which means I have to show up and testify, but they also make me pay $9 for parking. Can you believe that. They force you to take time off, come down to the courts and they don't provide free parking for witnesses..

WTF ?!

Wouldn't it be nice if you could sue the guy for lost work time, deformation of character (credit score) etc. Then you just tack on the parking fee

Be cool, but bury his azz, BLine!

I would have loved to face the punqueazz that stole and
used our entire ID situ. It still comes up on the JukeBox,
3 yrs later...

I would like to have intro'd him to my lil'friend, Mr.Mossberg.

Good Luck, stay cool and give 'em hell.

You might want to consider moving your mailbox on the wall next to your front door, or add a mail slot in your door/garage. Safer that way, but I don't know about your mailbox restrictions in your area.
Anyways, get him good!
