Sucks that it happened to you but at least they caught the dirtbag.
I was subpoenaed once and on the document it said that I would be reimbursed for parking. In my case the dirtbag pleaded guilty and I didn't have to testify. G/L with putting your credit info back on track.

Now to have even more fun, could we cut out the pellets and fill it with pea sized rock salt?!?!!? Now that probably wouldn't kill the bastard, but would definitely leave a lasting impression! GO Mossberg!

Happened to my wife and I when we moved. Our mail was stolen from the house we sold by a loser family member of the people who purchased the property from us. He ended up being a drug addict with a Looooong criminal history who was just sent through a revolving door because he was not "convicted" of a violent act though I'm sure he'd been involved in many. We sent in change of address cards but that in itself is no guarantee that your old mail will get properly forwarded.
Countless hours, forms, reports and we still need to jump through hoops to get credit or loans due to the safeguards we needed to put in place afterward. Good luck B. |
