Barack seems like a good enough guy. I can't really knock him personally. I disagree with some of his plans, but that's politics. No biggie.

One thing I did notice though - the press is almost giddy in Denver - like a high school wallflower asked to dance by the football team captain. The just ain't contain their genuine enthusiam for being at this convention.

I wonder what sort of attitude they'll have at the GOP convention? I suspect they'll treat it much more "objectively", meaning it will be just a job.
