Peking duck when done properly wins... failsafe is general's or hunan beef ( all of which extra spicy)

WOW, What a blast from the past.

The first time i had Peking duck was at the Jumbo Floating Restaurant in Hong Kong in 1962. I bet it has change a lot by now.

And some of that food is strange. Especially some of it that hangs in the windows, or stuff you find on a stick. You gotta have a strong constitution
to wolf down those morsels....... Yuk

General Tso's is great.

Manchurian dishes are the best though imo.

Big Chef Chinese Kitchen in Frederick MD

Place is an absolute dump(my kinda place) but food rocks... sesame chicken is excellent...
