Wow...This is one brave and tough woman

The Russian sniper who shot at this young woman journalist is a dog and a poor shot.
Watch the video below. She gets shot and keeps reporting.

an israeli reporter was also shot but in the chest, and also during a report. These reporters should be able to quit their jobs once they go through the court system.

Court system? What are you suggesting? That the reporters sue someone? If so, who? And even if possible, why would it be legitimate? You go into a war zone intentionally, and get injured. That is something you then sue for?

well, there is evidence in all of the cases that the reporters were intentionally fired on by Russian snipers. The Israeli reporter had a press jacket on, which is a clear sign NOT to fire. IF infact Georgian troops were engaged in a firefight and a Russian soldier had fired and hit a reporter that is one thing but when it is apparent there is no clear engagement between both sides and fire breaks out and hits a reporter and only in that general area than why shouldn't the reporter have the right to sue the government of the country? That is currently and act being pursued with the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court.

I doubt a Russian sniper that was employed by the military would have 1- used such a small caliber gun for such a shot and 2-would not have taken multiple shots as it sounded and only skimmed the reporter on one. How can the government be held responsible for geurillas as it appeared the sniper was?
