Thumbs up College football...

is right around the corner. I can't wait!

My Georgia Bulldogs are looking like they are one of the major contenders this year even though their schedule is brutal to say the least.

Who does everyone here pull for and who do you think is going to take it all?

Always and Forever! My Alumni teams (GATORS and USF BULLS)!

FSETH - if it comes to any conference in football the SEC is always brutal. We are just glad that we will not see those Auburn Tigers in our schedule for awhile. Did you see where Ohio State is rank again? Come on people wake up...Ohio has never beaten an SEC team. Ohio is 0-8 against SEC, enough said!@!

Glad that an SEC team is up there...We will see your Dawgs Nov 1.

Georgia is a heavy favorite early... But going thru the SEC is going to be a formidable task to say the least, as it always is. We all know the unspoken rules that are generally applied in terms of getting a natl championship bid. 1 loss and the Bull dogs probably have a chance to get in, 2 losses and I think their chances are pretty much none. Having said that, good luck Bulldogs, I'm rootin for ya in the SEC...

Georgia/Florida will be a very interesting game. Especially, after last years celebration. I am sure the Gators have that game highlighted and circled on their schedules.

I am so excited to see what Moreno has in store for us this year. That kid is amazing to watch.

I am originally from Ohio so I don't mind seeing Ohio State do well. However, what I do mind is the fact that their path to the championship game appears to be so much easier than most schools. They have been a very solid team over the past few years, but the Big 10 as a conference is down big time. Who is worth anything in the Big 10? Plus, they scheduled a bunch of cream puff teams last year and they don't have to play that additional conference title game (where anything can happen). That doesn't sit well with most people either.

The SEC is on fire right now. I don't want to turn this into a my conference is better than yours post, but man from top to bottom the SEC is tough. Add in 2 consecutive national championships and it is tough to argue otherwise.

SEC is way better then the Big 10 hands down....The Big 10 is weak, and their schedules don't prepare them for postseason play.... SEC teams trounce them... Watching an SEC game and Big 10 game is like night and day. Totally different level of play, skill, and athleticism on the field. I don't even expect Ohio State to beat USC early in the season so.....

Agreed.

You had to have a blast when the Jayhawks won the national championship in basketball. I am a Georgia Bulldog fan and a Cleveland Browns fan. Needless to say, it has been a long time since either of those teams won it all as far as football is concerned. Can you say Herschel Walker and Otto Graham? Yeah, that far back for both teams.

It will definately be interesting to see what a Rich Rodriguez designed offense looks like.
