Iran..nukes...and N. Korea..
http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,370562,00.html
Why have the leaders, and I use that term loosely, of the world not figured this out yet? Iran is trying desperately to achieve what North Korea achieved. North Korea, without really becoming universally despised has taken minimal control of its area with threats of nuclear conflict and as a result Kim Jong was capable of pretty much getting what he wants from Western culture. North Korea hasn't been invaded, hasn't even been attacked though troops are massed on its boarders. N. Korea has been capable of playing in the spotlight of the world without any true possibility of being attacked, and as much as N. Korea wants it..they have modest control of their situation. Kim Jong knows exactly how and when to rattle the monkeys cage. Now, Iran on the other hand is like the kid in the play yard hanging outside the cool kid circle and can't find a way in. Dumb threats, stupid remarks and an all out defiant attitude to damn near anything. They haven't figured the combo yet. I sure hope they do because it would be truly sad to go to war with a nation that really didn't want war, just globalized respect. I wonder, had the US worked harder years ago to include, yes include, Iran in the invasion of Iraq, how different would today be? Would it be like the Russians in WWII or would it bring nations closer? IMO over.
