I think the 35% off eBay is dead. It was only active for a few days. I'm not sure if there is anything off eBay right now. Some have reported 10% off and some 20%. I also read about a guy who got 35% by going into his history and pulling up the old link.  I was pretty unaware of this MS program until now but there are other stores that do offer cashback. Well only one of my 3 purchases has showed up so far. Tomorrow will be 1 week for my original purchase and nothing yet so I will contact support if I don't see anything tomorrow.
