Only drawback is if u decide to have kids... Being pregnant and at work for 10 hours can be tiring especially after 30

Would not affect any sort of advancement/promotion. It would be my year-round schedule. I could always go back to 5 day weeks if necessary.

I'm not planning on kids for a while...plus the schedule is very flexible...if I wanted to switch it back to 5 days/week, I could.

I'm not paid hourly. Even if I was, I'd have 20 days of sick time and 10 paid holidays...so I would get paid regardless.

So you would work 9 hours and get paid for 10?

I believe 7:30-5:30 is 10 hours so if there is lunch in there, I'm not seeing it.

Sounds like a sweet deal. I wish I could do it.
