what did he mean when he said "$199 max all around the world"? So only the US gets the 16GB model I guess?

Didn't he mention July 11th as the release date?

Crud...Looks like I need to unload my current iPhone for the new one. I'm guessing the lower price is for new subscribers and not current AT&T customers.

3G and GPS makes this a must have.

Anyone know if current subscribers get the price break?
