I got one. My wife LOVES it! And so do my kids. To the little ones its a game, and when the house is empty, for the wife it's a workout. It sure beats the gym.

My physical therapist bought one for his practice. He has lots of patients that have balance and other problems that the Wii will be useful for and be fun as well. My back got fixed before he got the flat screen mount, but he invited me back to try it out for fun.
