Who decides? "Our Creator established rules governing marriage long before governments began regulating the institution".

The Bible is clear: God does not approve of or condone homosexual practices. He also disapproves of people who “consent with those practicing them.” (Romans 1:32) And “marriage” cannot give homosexuality a cloak of respectability. God’s direction that “marriage be honorable among all” precludes homosexual unions, which he considers detestable. That's who decides!!!

Great thing about the Bay Area is this only happens 5-10 days a year where it stays warm all through the evening. Usually when the sun goes down the temps drop down to the 50's or 60's in the summer.

We added air-conditioning to our home once our son was born and I'll have to say...It's nice to have on those few days like yesterday and today. Most near the coast just suck it up.
