More power to you...I'm a Republican but really don't care what you choose to do in your personal life. That might make me more of a Libertarian but that is another discussion.

Other Republicans...Keep in mind I do live in the California Bay Area. That said I'm all about free will as long as you are not breaking any laws. Just don't tell me you want to be a man dressed a woman suing to be able to use a womans restroom. I've got to draw the line somewhere.

Thats the issue, and that is why the voters really shouldn't decide this, to me, them voting on something that changes how I express myself isn't correct

Furthermore, who is to say THEIR interpretation or religious views outweigh the civil protections of others? Nobody, that is who.

Careful there blondboinsd. Expressing yourself is not always in the best interest of society. This is not a free-for-all referendum which states everything is fair game. I hope you agree there ARE boundary's to behavior to maintain a civil society. I happen to believe that homosexuality like heterosexuality is sometimes a product of nature as well as a product of nurture. As long as that act is consensual among consenting adults I don't have an issue.

That does not mean I will consent to any behavior someone else feels should be appropriate in society to express themselves.

I'd list examples but I do wish to maintain some level of decorum.

I agree with the above statement, I feel however Gay people deserve the same exact right, in fact, it is my wish that someday it's no longer something thought of as different, think straight

Differences is what makes us humans unique. As long as our actions don't interfere with others and only involve consenting adults I don't have an issue.

Does this mean that we can stop the look-at-us-we're-special-parades and gays can just be "normal"?
