Got my Momo "Anitomico" shift lever installed. Took 10 minutes. I'm thrilled with how it looks, and how much better this shifter feels than the stock shift lever.

To remove the A/C control panel you simply use a
small flat-head screwdriver and gently pry the unit out along the edges between the control panel ring and the leather trim. Once you have the unit out you will find on the back of the control panel...

Inspect all your parts for complete hardware and defects. I bought mine from ebay, and everything was in new packaging. The pedals are 2 piece assemblies: rubber backing with a brushed aluminum overlay.
