how do they look. they are black with l.e.d. lights

Homey107 - It goes good with your color scheme. But it probably wouldn't look good with different colored cars...

Do you guys with the LED tails get any fluctuation in brightness/output when they are used as just tail/running lamps? Mine modulate when on as a parking/running light, but are full brightness and constant when activated as a brake light. Just curious. Thanks

I have been told that the lights need an in-line capaciter in order to correct the low output modulation.

I wouldn't know an in-line capacitor if it knocked on my door.
