can't eject cd cassette after cd error

Got CD Error on Nav screen.

I'm unable to eject the cd cassette. Yes...the sliding door is fulling open.

Any help out there on how I can get the cassette out and deal w/ the problem would be highly appreciated.

How do you get this thing out?

Got it working again by shaking the unit to free up the magazine. Very high tech.

Anyway...I think I'll look into a DICE unit. Not going to spend 750 to 800 for a new CD changer.
