Anyone have a retired ice>Link?

REPEAT OF E53 POST...
===============================
Hey Folks,
Since many of us with E53's bought the ice>Link iPod integration device I'm posting this request here.

My can opener sized ice>Link seems to have bought the farm. I had it disconnected for 6 months and when I went to plug it back in, it seems to short out everything else electrical. The large plug doesn't seem to affect anything; it's when I plug in the smaller one. The radio freezes, the door-open gong stops gonging, etc... Unplug the little wire and we're all OK.

So, here's the request: Do you have an old ice>Link you'd be willing to give me before throwing it away? With newer devices on the market I'm hoping someone has one laying around that has been replaced by a newer device. I'd send you some money for your time and shipping.

I'm just looking to see if a replacement unit will work for me since I've installed a lot of the connector wires under my seats and carpet.

Thanks.
CG

sorry to hear mate. I had a DICE that went pear shaped too. I have since upgraded to Intravee II for the ipod interface, keep it in mind if you end up having to change.
