No AM Radio reception

I don't really listen to AM radio, but tried this evening, nothing. Can't tune in a single station, even setting it manually I can't hear anything unless I crank it up, and then barely.

FM works fine, CD works fine, Nav works fine. 2002 4.6is with nav

Any ideas?

Checked the rear antenna in the spoiler, checked the radio module under the spare tire.

Anyone know how to tell if power is getting to the AM Amplifier in the rear spoiler?

I think the AM antenna is on the cargo area driver's side window.

Ditto. It is probably the diversity antenna amp mounted inside the trim, beside the rear window. However, I do not know a good way to actually test the diversity antenna amp modules.

Problem solved, got into the area beside the drivers side rear window, one of the antenna leads had fallen out of the diversity antenna amp. Shoved it in there and voila AM radio again.

Reception is awful, but apparently that is the same problem everyone else has. At least it works now.
